  • Yes. YoLead is an official WhatsApp Tech Provider, so you use the official WhatsApp Business Platform instead of unofficial tools or workarounds that may put numbers at risk of restrictions.

  • To get started, you only need a Facebook account and to sign up for YoLead. The rest is handled during onboarding.

  • No. WhatsApp messaging fees are not included in the YoLead price. YoLead covers the platform, while WhatsApp charges are billed separately based on Meta's pricing. Bulk messages are usually paid, but once a customer replies, follow-up messages are free for 24 hours after their last message.

  • YoLead does not set its own sending limits, but WhatsApp does. New WhatsApp business numbers usually start with a limit of 250 unique users in a 24-hour period. After verifying your business, this limit can increase to 2,000, and then to 10,000, 100,000, or unlimited depending on your messaging quality and activity. WhatsApp can also apply extra limits to marketing templates based on how users engage with them. Our team can help you through the verification process.

  • WhatsApp templates are messages used for bulk campaigns. Before sending, each template must be approved by WhatsApp. Review usually takes up to 24 hours, although many of them are approved sooner. Templates can be used for many different types of messages.
